The Freakshow

Owners Victoria Streeto and Eric Balcerzak both grew up in East Haven, CT where Sunday Sauce around the family dinner table was the regular way of life. Being surrounded by (spoiled by) authentic Italian Cuisine and traditions lead Vicky and Eric to a future as Foodies.


Having a Gourmet Chef as a father, Vicky learned her way around the kitchen at a very young age. From the moment she and Eric started dating Vicky realized how much Eric enjoyed her cooking. Erics always reminding Vicky that a good ole fashioned sauce is never complete without the chicken cutlets!


One of their favorite hobbies was going to Food Festivals and Fairs and seeing how many new and fun foods they could try. A bite of this, and a taste of that. Eventually they had to bring their own to go baggies so that no desired food went untried or wasted!


But what happens when the Carnival packs up for Winter? How are we supposed to get our beloved Corn Dogs, Fried Cheesecake and Cotton Candy?


Once a year is not enough.


Skip the lines, skip the drive, the Carnival has come to town!
